PINE64 has announced the PineTime Pro, a major hardware upgrade to its open source smartwatch originally launched in 2019. The new model features a dual-core Cortex-M33 SoC running up to 200 MHz, 800 KB SRAM plus 8 MB PSRAM, a 2.13-inch AMOLED touchscreen (410x502), GPS, heart rate and SpO2 sensors, a 6D IMU, Bluetooth 5.2, microphone, speaker, and 8 MB QSPI flash. The original PineTime will not be discontinued. Software support is being developed by InfiniTime and Wasp-OS teams. Hardware prototyping is still ongoing, with a third revision expected in early April 2026 and no release date confirmed yet.
