Terra Industries, an African defense technology company founded by two Gen Z entrepreneurs, secured an additional $22 million in funding led by Lux Capital just one month after raising $11.75 million. The company designs autonomous systems and infrastructure to help African nations monitor and respond to security threats, aiming to reduce reliance on foreign intelligence. With total funding now at $34 million, Terra has won government contracts, generated over $2.5 million in commercial revenue, and is expanding manufacturing operations to Saudi Arabia through a partnership with AIC Steel.
