Heroku Teams now have access to add-on controls, allowing team admins to manage and audit the add-ons used. Enabling add-on controls restricts non-admin members to only installing add-ons on the allowlist. The feature can be set up in the settings page. A list of unapproved add-ons can be viewed in the Allowlist Exceptions section. Heroku prioritizes security and availability for its customers and welcomes suggestions for reliability improvements.
