ACF PRO 6.8 Release – AI-Ready & Discoverable Content

ACF PRO 6.8 introduces three major features for WordPress developers. First, integration with WordPress 6.9's Abilities API lets AI tools like Claude interact with ACF data to build content models, import content, and manage field groups via a standardized interface. Second, automatic Schema.org structured data generation maps custom fields to 867 Schema.org types and 1,509 properties, improving discoverability for search engines and AI-powered search. Third, new WP-CLI commands (status, sync, import, export) streamline ACF JSON management in CI/CD pipelines. The release also includes ACF Blocks V3 enhancements and bug fixes.
