OS-SCi, a Netherlands-based FOSS education institution, is hosting the Lomiri Tech Meeting — a free two-day hackathon on May 16–17, 2026 in Tilburg. The event targets students interested in open source mobile development for Lomiri and Ubuntu Touch. Attendees will hear keynotes from Lomiri UI project leader Mike Gabriel and Erik Mols, who will announce a new Lomiri Bounty Program offering real-world incentives for contributing to the Ubuntu Touch ecosystem. All participants receive free copies of Lomiri App Development Level 1 and Level 2 books.
