Privacy concern:
The extension injects a content script on all pages (<code>&lt;all_urls&gt;</code>) and requests broad host permissions (<code>https://*/*</code>). Since the extension only needs to convert the current page when the user invokes it, it should be possible to replace this with the activeTab permission instead. This would follow the principle of least privilege and be much more privacy-friendly.
