Claude Code Session Teleportation: CLI - VS Code - Cursor

Claude Code now supports session teleportation, allowing developers to start a coding session in one environment (CLI, VS Code, or Cursor) and seamlessly continue it in another. The feature requires connecting a GitHub account, setting up cloud environments with repository access, and using the `%` command to send tasks to the web. Sessions can be restored using `claude-teleport` with a session ID, enabling work to continue across different devices or terminals. The feature is currently in preview and may have occasional errors or delays.
