I’ve been working with Spring Boot professionally for years, and it’s still one of my favorite frameworks. When paired with Kotlin for expressive syntax, GraalVM for lightning-fast native image compilation, and WebFlux for reactive, non-blocking I/O, it becomes an incredibly powerful stack. The synergy between these technologies enables high-performance, scalable microservices with minimal overhead—perfect for modern cloud-native applications.

I was interested in this video, but throughout it all, I felt like I was watching an advertisement for Spring Boot (and for his video sponsors).
If most of the content in online tutorials isn’t very good, it’s sufficient to just share a GitHub link to a properly implemented Spring Boot application.
