Career-Ops is an open-source, AI-powered job search pipeline built on Claude Code. It evaluates job offers with a structured A-F scoring system across 10 weighted dimensions, generates ATS-optimized tailored CVs as PDFs, scans 45+ company career portals automatically via Playwright, and tracks everything in a single source of truth. The system uses Claude Code as an agentic backbone with 14 skill modes, supports batch parallel processing of 10+ offers, and includes a Go-based terminal dashboard (Bubble Tea TUI) for browsing the pipeline. Built by the author who used it to evaluate 740+ offers and land a Head of Applied AI role.
