About the sticky scroll, it’s useful, but you are 4+ levels deep, the “head” starts to be anoying and takes too much space. 
I prefer to stick (no pun intended) to looking at the breadcrumbs that show rougthly the same info, just in one line.

One tipe of mine, I like keeping the main config file of the project as a “pinned” file. It stays neatly on the side, and doesn’t take much space in the tabs row.
